We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note our special Holiday Return Policy 

Purchases made between Dec 1, 2022 and Dec. 24, 2022 qualify for our Holiday Return policy. Qualifying products may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY through January 15, 2023. NO EXCEPTIONS. Seasonal items and sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged for store credit.  All products are provided on an AS-IS basis with no warranty of any kind either expressed or implied.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return your item for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding sizing and styling! Email us at hello@adelinestores.com and we will reply within 24 hours. Store credits will be sent to the email associated with the order provided at checkout via E-Gift Card once the return has been processed. E-Gift cards are only valid online, they cannot be used at our brick and mortar store. Store credits do not expire. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returned items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside another box. This ensure the shoes and shoe box will not be damaged. Do not place shipping label directly on the shoe box. Swimwear must have lining still attached to be eligible for a returns. Sale items discounted 25% off or more will be FINAL sale, these items cannot be exchanged or used as store credit.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.We do not except items that have been worn, washed or altered in anyway. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Please follow cleaning directions that we provide, and the item provides on the tag so there is no harm to your item. 

We reserve the right to refuse any item if it does not meet the criteria above. 

This return policy supersedes any previous or printed copy of our policy. Updated April 1, 2022.
