Standard shipping is a $7 flat rate. Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 3–6 business days for delivery.
Expedited Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
Expedited shipping within the continental U.S. typically arrives within 1–2 business days after shipment.
All expedited orders placed Friday after 2:00 PM CST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Expedited shipping is available for domestic orders only.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for a flat rate of $25.
Estimated delivery time is 12–18 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
In-Store Pickup
If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Orders will be held for 14 days.
Returns
Items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds or order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Once your return is received and processed, your store credit will be issued as an E-Gift Card and sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please note:
• E-Gift Cards are valid for online purchases only and cannot be used in our brick-and-mortar store.
• Store credit does not expire.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the issued store credit.
